What is Super8 Mobile App?

Super8 Mobile App is an online grocery platform that lets you do grocery shopping at the comfort of your home, at work or while on-the-go anytime, anywhere. 

How to download the Super8 Mobile App?

Step 1: Open your Google Playstore  or App store .

Step 2: Under the search bar, type Super8 Mobile App  and click download to install.

Step 3: Start your grocery shopping

How do I create an account and login in Super8 Mobile App?

Step 1: Open the Super8 Mobile App

Step 2: Enter your 11-digit mobile number

Step 3: Wait for the 5-digit OTP (one-time pin) that will be sent to your mobile

Step 4: Enter the 5-digit OTP to create an account and to login.

How to start shopping in the Super8 Mobile App?

Click the push cart button to start shopping.

How do I edit my profile in Super8 Mobile App?

Click the "Profile" tab to edit your details.

Please make sure to fill-up all the fields in the profile.

Note: Last March, DTI released Memo Nos. 20-07 & 20-10: Anti-Hoarding and Anti-Panicking Act. In line with this, Super8 will strictly follow and implement the limit of goods as published in the DTI Memo.

Do you give Senior Citizen & PWD discounts?

Senior Citizen & PWD discounts are available for on-site shopping but unavailable for online shopping due to system constraints.


How do I get my orders?


For the meantime, our delivery coverage across Metro Manila and some areas of Rizal.

What is your cut-off time for accepting orders?

You can order anytime using the app.

Processing of orders will be from 9:00AM to 5:00pm daily, including weekends and public holidays. Our Customer Service Representative will contact you for the payment details.

All orders beyond the 5:00pm cut-off will be processed on the following day.

What if the item I need is out of stock?

If an item on your shopping cart is out of stock, our customer service representative will be reaching out to you for the new payment amount.

You can also access your history tab to view the unavailable items in your order. 

Can I make changes to my orders?

Changes cannot be made once the order is placed. In case you want to modify, you have to create a new order. You may copy the items from your previous order by clicking on the history tab, tap the copy button and make the necessary changes. Please contact our Customer Service at to cancel your previous order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, as long as it is not yet confirmed. Once confirmed, order can no longer be cancelled.

Will I get a receipt for my order?

Yes, the receipt will either be handed over to you (for pick-up option) or delivered to you along with the goods you purchased (for delivery option).

What are the available modes of payment for this?

For Pick-up: Prepaid Online Payments only

a) Bank Transfer: BDO, BPI or Metrobank

b) Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/JCB)

c) Paymaya & GCash


For Delivery:

a) Bank Transfer: BDO, BPI or Metrobank

b) Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/JCB)

Our customer service representative will coordinate the payment process with you.

Is there a minimum or maximum value to order?

There is no minimum order value for all payment methods.

For Cash on Delivery, however, the maximum order value is only up to ₱10,000.00 with a maximum weight of 20kg.

What is the cut-off time for confirmation of payments?

Payment confirmation should be completed within 24hrs upon order confirmation.

The cut-off time for processing of payments is only until 4:00pm. All transactions made after the cut-off time will be transacted the next day.

Do I get charged for delivery?

Fixed delivery fees will be charged within the delivery service area coverage.

P3,499 and below - P88 Delivery Fee
above P3,500 - Free Delivery

A service fee of P80 will also be charged. We will assign an in-store personal shopper who will be in-charge of picking and packing your order. This fee is waived during the introductory period.

When will I get my order?

Due to the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and volume of orders we are receiving daily, we cannot commit the actual delivery as of the moment. Our customer service representative will coordinate with you.

How do I track the status of my order?

You can click the History tab in the Super8 Mobile App to check your order status.

Can someone receive my order for me?

Yes, just kindly make an authorization letter for your representative with an attachment of your valid ID and his/her valid ID.

Kindly note that Super8 won’t be held liable for any missing items after the orders had been successfully received by your representative.


Can I request to return & exchange of an item?

You may bring the item together with the official receipt and proceed to Super8 Ortigas branch to return & exchange your items. Return & exchange of items will only be entertained within 7 days from the delivery date and must be in good condition.

For others issues, please contact us within 24 hours at, we will assist you with your concern.

Can I earn points if I purchase online?

Yes, you can earn points when you purchase using the app. Just make sure that your mobile number enrolled in the app is similar to the mobile number recorded in your Rewards Card.
