What is Super8 Mobile App?

Super8 Mobile App is an online grocery platform that lets you do grocery shopping at the comfort of your home, at work or while on-the-go anytime, anywhere. 

How to download the Super8 Mobile App?

Step 1: Open your Google Playstore  or App store .

Step 2: Under the search bar, type Super8 Mobile App  and click download to install.

Step 3: Start your grocery shopping

How do I shop and create an account and login in Super8 Mobile App?

Step 1: Open the Super8 Mobile App and click push cart button to start shopping

Step 2: After selecting your preferred products, proceed to check out.

Step 3: At check out, you will be prompted to enter your 11-digit mobile number.

Step 4: Wait for the Suki code that will be sent to your mobile and enter the Suki code to create an account.

Step 5: Proceed with payment and fulfillment options. 

How do I edit my profile in Super8 Mobile App?

Click the "Profile" tab to edit your details.

Please make sure to fill-up all the fields in the profile.

How do I place an order in Super8 Mobile App?

We have 3 easy browsing options to easily find what you’re looking for.

Type the product keyword in search bar

Scan the barcode on the label of the actual grocery item, no need to scroll up or down.

Note: Last March, DTI released Memo Nos. 20-07 & 20-10: Anti-Hoarding and Anti-Panicking Act. In line with this, Super8 will strictly follow and implement the limit of goods as published in the DTI Memo.

Do you give Senior Citizen & PWD discounts?

Senior Citizen & PWD discounts are available for on-site shopping but unavailable for online shopping due to system constraints.


How do I get my orders?

For the meantime, our delivery coverage across Metro Manila, some areas of Rizal, and major areas of Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga, and Bulacan.

What is your cut-off time for accepting orders?

You can order anytime using the app.

Processing of orders will be from 9:00AM to 5:00pm daily, including weekends and public holidays. Our Customer Service Representative will contact you for the payment details.

All orders beyond the 5:00pm cut-off will be processed on the following day.

Can I know the status of my order?

Click on "History" tab to view your order progress and check the unavailable items in your order, if any. 

Can I make changes to my orders?

Changes cannot be made once the order is placed.

In case you want to modify, you have to create a new order. You may copy the items from your previous order by clicking on the history tab, tap the reorder button and make the necessary changes.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, as long as it is not yet confimed.

Once confirmed, order can no longer be cancelled. You can call 0933 8247061 (Sun) / 0995 0956590 (Globe) or email to request for order cancellation.

Confirmed order - order that has been verified and paid. 

Unpaid orders (online payment) will automatically cancelled after 24 hours.


Will I get a receipt for my order?

Yes, the receipt will either be handed over to you along with the goods you purchased

What are the available modes of payment for this? 


a) Bank Transfer: BDO, BPI or Metrobank

b) Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/JCB)

c) Paymaya

d) Cash on Delivery

Our customer service representative will coordinate the payment process with you.

Is there a minimum or maximum value to order?

For Delivery, minimum purchase amount is ₱1,000 and maximum purchase amount is ₱50,000.

For Cash on Delivery, however, the maximum order value is only up to ₱20,000.

What is the cut-off time for confirmation of payments?

Online payments should be completed once order has been made. Once payment is verified, your order will automatically be processed.



Do I get charged for delivery?

Fixed delivery fees will be charged within the delivery service area coverage.

P1,000 - P3,499 - P88 Delivery Fee
P3,500 and above - Free Delivery


Delivery Service Area Coverage: Across Metro Manila, some parts of Rizal, and major areas of Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga, and Bulacan.

When will I get my order?

Please expect delivery within 24 - 48 hours from payment or COD confirmation.


Can someone receive my order for me?

Yes, just kindly make an authorization letter for your representative with an attachment of your valid ID and his/her valid ID.

Kindly note that Super8 won’t be held liable for any missing items after the orders had been successfully received by your representative.


Can I request to return & exchange of an item?

Please call 0933 8247061 (Sun) / 0995 0946590 (Globe) and email your concern to together with a copy of th official receipt so we can immediately assist.

You may bring the item together with the official receipt and proceed to Super8 branch where the purchase was made (Ortigas, Novaliches or Las Piñas, Laguna, Cavite, and Pampanga) to return & exchange your items.

Return & exchange of items will only be entertained within 7 days from the delivery date and must be in original packaging.

How can I report for incomplete items delivered?

Please call 0933 8247061 (Sun) / 0995 0946590 (Globe) and email your concern to within 24 hours from the time of delivery, together with a copy of the official receipt so we can immediately assist. Beyond 2 hours, we can only assist on quality issues.

Do I earn points if I purchase online?

Yes, you can earn points when you purchase using the app. Just make sure that your mobile number enrolled in the app is the same as the mobile number recorded in your Rewards Card.
