Super8 Mobile App is an online grocery platform that lets you do grocery shopping at the comfort of your home, at work or while on-the-go anytime, anywhere.
Step 1: Open your Google Playstore or App store .
Step 2: Under the search bar, type Super8 Mobile App and click download to install.
Step 3: Start your grocery shopping
Step 1: Open the Super8 Mobile App and click push cart button to start shopping
Step 2: After selecting your preferred products, proceed to check out.
Step 3: At check out, you will be prompted to enter your 11-digit mobile number.
Step 4: Wait for the Suki code that will be sent to your mobile and enter the Suki code to create an account.
Step 5: Proceed with payment and fulfillment options.
Click the "Profile" tab to edit your details.
Please make sure to fill-up all the fields in the profile.

Note: Last March, DTI released Memo Nos. 20-07 & 20-10: Anti-Hoarding and Anti-Panicking Act. In line with this, Super8 will strictly follow and implement the limit of goods as published in the DTI Memo.
Senior Citizen & PWD discounts are available for on-site shopping but unavailable for online shopping due to system constraints.
For the meantime, our delivery coverage across Metro Manila, some areas of Rizal, and major ares of Laguna, Cavite, and Pampanga.

Processing of orders will be from 9:00AM to 5:00pm daily, including weekends and public holidays. Our Customer Service Representative will contact you for the payment details.
All orders beyond the 5:00pm cut-off will be processed on the following day.
Changes cannot be made once the order is placed.
In case you want to modify, you have to create a new order. You may copy the items from your previous order by clicking on the history tab, tap the reorder button and make the necessary changes.
You can cancel your order, as long as it is not yet confimed.

Confirmed order - order that has been verified and paid.
Unpaid orders (online payment) will automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
Yes, the receipt will either be handed over to you along with the goods you purchased

Our customer service representative will coordinate the payment process with you.
For Delivery, minimum purchase amount is ₱1,000 and maximum purchase amount is ₱50,000.
For Cash on Delivery, however, the maximum order value is only up to ₱20,000.
Online payments should be completed once order has been made. Once payment is verified, your order will automatically be processed.
Fixed delivery fees will be charged within the delivery service area coverage.

Yes, just kindly make an authorization letter for your representative with an attachment of your valid ID and his/her valid ID.
Kindly note that Super8 won’t be held liable for any missing items after the orders had been successfully received by your representative.

You may bring the item together with the official receipt and proceed to Super8 branch where the purchase was made (Ortigas, Novaliches or Las Piñas, Laguna, Cavite, and Pampanga) to return & exchange your items.
Return & exchange of items will only be entertained within 7 days from the delivery date and must be in original packaging.

Yes, you can earn points when you purchase using the app. Just make sure that your mobile number enrolled in the app is the same as the mobile number recorded in your Rewards Card.
